Who Wants To Play with Flubber?

Today we watched the movie Flubber. Naturally, after the movie we had to make our very own Flubber! It was so easy to make, the kids made it in under 10 minutes! You have to try this, my kids had a blast with it-- I'm not going to lie, so did I!

To Make Flubber, You Will Need:
1 1/3 cups of very warm water
3 teaspoons of Borax
2 cups of white school glue, like Elmer's (4- 4oz bottles)
1 1/2 cups of very warm water

To make the Flubber, mix 1 1/3 cup of very warm water and the Borax in a bowl until the Borax completely dissolves. In another bowl, a large one, combine glue and 1 1/2 cups of very warm water and mix well. If you would like to color your Flubber, add a few drops of food coloring into one of the bowls. Add the bowl with the Borax into the bowl with the glue.

You will see an immediate change in the consistency.

Mix until everything is combined and let it sit for few minutes before playing with it.
Have fun!!
