Super Cute (and Easy) Bunny Garland

I made this simple and absolutely adorable garland this weekend.
It was a lot of cutting, but it was all easy cutting.
I used a PEEPS Bunny Template that I found on Favcrafts.com while searching on Google.
I cut my bunnies out of cardstock, punched small holes in the ears to hang them on string, and then glued cotton balls on for their tails.
As my son always says-- "Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!"

My girlfriend came by and fell in love with it, she had to make a set for herself.
I like it so much, I decided to make a second set to hang in the dining room.

Wooden Bunnies

We are working on a book basket that includes activities and props to go along with Peter Rabbit. I am doing this with a group of women, we each make a few items and exchange. One of my contributions is a little wooden bunny. We couldn't just have one bunny for our basket, my kids decided that we had to have an entire bunny family! LOL Luckily, these little guys are super easy to make!

I picked up some wooden knobs and candle pots from AC Moore.

I used the glue gun to glue the knob to the bottom of the pot.

I cut ears out of white felt and hot glued them on.

The baby is just a small wooden bead with ears in a half of a walnut shell with a small piece of fabric for a blanket.
